All orders are shipped within a week and reach within 2-7 working days of shipping.

Please keep in mind that all pieces are individually handcrafted by us and might have minor imperfections. Some pieces might be made-to-order and might differ slightly from the original image. Hence, returns are not applicable for these cases. However, please reach out to us in case you are unhappy with your pieces and if you feel there is a stark difference from the product images viewed on our website.

Our product images are not touched-up to conceal any imperfections from their handcrafted nature.

Returns are applicable only for damaged pieces - please take an unboxing video to qualify for a damaged claim. The pieces are picked up and repaired free of cost and full refund is offered in case you prefer a cancellation instead of repair.

A shipping amount between ₹75-150 is deducted from the refund amount in case of absence of an unboxing video.
